Jeremy T. Pfeifer
Attorney Jeremy Pfeifer has been practicing law since1999. Mr. Pfeifer began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender. During that time, Mr. Pfeifer worked in several different assignments throughout the criminal court system. While assigned to the Traffic Division, Mr. Pfeifer represented hundreds of people charged with traffic misdemeanors including driving under the influence (DUI), driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run), fleeing and eluding the police, reckless driving, drag racing, and others. Mr. Pfeifer was later transferred to the Felony Trial Division. There, Mr. Pfeifer gained a vast amount of experience representing people charged with a wide range of cases from narcotics to murder. Mr. Pfeifer’s trial experience includes successful litigation of motions, bench trials, and jury trials at both the misdemeanor and felony level.
On January 1, 2007, Jeremy joined the practice of his father, George S. Pfeifer. The two attorneys have formed a new partnership, Pfeifer & Pfeifer.
